AI add-ons
The calls you miss after five still want a plumber.
Four add-ons that pick up the work your phone can't: answering at night, booking, asking for reviews, and showing up in the map results. Each one is optional and switched on after launch.
AI chat assistant
Answers the questions you get ten times a week — service area, hours, what you do and don't do — and takes the job details when nobody's at the desk. It works from what you tell us, and it hands anything it can't answer to you rather than inventing a price.
- Trained on your services, towns, hours and policies — not the open internet.
- Sends each request to your phone and email, with the details filled in.
- Never quotes a price you haven't written down.
- Introduces itself as an AI assistant, so no one thinks they are texting a person.
Online booking
Customers pick an open slot from your calendar and the job lands there, with their address and notes. You set the windows; double bookings can't happen.
Example only.
Review requests
When you mark a job finished, the customer gets one short text or email with a direct link to leave a Google review. One ask, one reminder, then it stops. It asks every customer the same way — it never filters out the unhappy ones, which Google's rules forbid. Text requests go only to customers who gave their written OK, and replying STOP ends them.
Local SEO
Monthly work on the things that decide the map results: your Google Business Profile, consistent listings across directories, and a page for each town you serve. Weekly Google Business posts are included. We do not promise a map ranking. You get a short report each month of what changed.
What we won't do
- Post fake reviews, buy reviews, or ask only happy customers.
- Let a bot promise a price, an arrival time or a warranty you haven't set.
- Text your customers marketing they didn't sign up for.
Social posts, graphics, brand work and more pages are on the full add-on list, with prices.
